When Life Feels Heavy—We Can Help You Find the Light Again
Therapy for Depression in Georgetown, TX
Depression isn’t always about sadness. Sometimes it looks like exhaustion, disconnection, or just going numb to it all. The weight builds slowly, until even the smallest things feel impossible—and somehow, you’re still expected to function like everything’s fine.
At Unbroken Abundance, we help you move through the fog, reconnect with your spark, and rediscover what it feels like to feel like yourself again. You don’t have to do this alone—and things don’t have to stay this way.

Depression can drain the color from life. One day you’re managing, and the next it feels like your energy, motivation, and joy have quietly slipped away.
You might feel tired all the time, even when you sleep. You may have lost interest in things you used to love. And sometimes, it’s not even sadness—it’s the absence of feeling, like everything has dulled around the edges.
You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re living with depression—and we want you to know that healing is possible.
We offer therapy for depression that goes deeper than surface-level solutions. We get to the root of what’s weighing you down and help you rebuild from the inside out.
How Can We Help?
Reaching out for help when you’re depressed can feel like climbing a mountain. That first step can be the hardest—and we honor the courage it takes to make that first step.
That’s why we’ve created a space that’s calm, safe, and free from judgment. You don’t have to explain it all perfectly. You don’t even have to know exactly what you’re feeling. We’ll meet you where you are, and together, we’ll begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
Through our multi-modal approach, we’ll gently explore what’s underneath the surface—what you’re carrying, what you’ve lost touch with, and what you want to feel again. Whether it’s trauma-informed therapy to address deeper emotional wounds, cognitive tools to shift the patterns keeping you stuck, or support through life’s hardest transitions—like grief, loss, or major change—we’ll tailor each session with the right balance of tools to fit what you truly need to heal.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own. We’re here to help you feel grounded again, and slowly reconnect to the version of you that still exists underneath the weight.
What Can We Do?
Depression is more than feeling sad. It’s a quiet disconnection—from joy, from energy, from the parts of yourself that used to feel alive. And healing from it requires more than surface-level support. At Unbroken Abundance, we do things differently. We’re not here to rush you toward positivity or check boxes on a symptom list. We’re here to help you feel again—at your pace, in a way that truly honors what you’re carrying.

Many of our therapists bring not only clinical training, but lived experience. We understand how heavy life can get when you’re numb, overwhelmed, or lost in self-criticism. And we create space for that—without judgment, without pressure, and without pretending that healing is linear.

We work with clients facing situational depression (grief, loss, life transitions) as well as long-standing or trauma-related depression. Our team draws from proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you shift the thoughts that weigh you down, use mindfulness practices to support presence and emotional regulation, and utilize approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to gently explore and heal the deeper roots of your experience. All of our work is grounded in trauma-informed care, so you can feel safe, supported, and understood every step of the way.
But more than anything, we lead with authenticity and compassion. Because depression doesn’t mean you’re broken—it means you’ve been carrying more than anyone should have to, and it’s time to start healing. You don’t have to do it alone.
