Make Peace with Every Part of Yourself
You don't have to keep white-knuckling through the inner war. IFS therapy gives every part of you a voice, so you can finally lead your own life with clarity, compassion, and freedom.

Sometimes it Can Feel Like...
- A harsh inner critic that never lets up, picking apart every decision you make.
- Parts of yourself that feel like they're in constant conflict, one wanting change, another terrified of it.
- Emotional reactions that feel too big, too fast, or completely out of character.
- Deep shame or unworthiness that no amount of logic or affirmation seems to touch.
- Childhood wounds or trauma that keep showing up in your adult relationships and choices.
- Patterns of self-sabotage that you can see clearly but can't seem to stop.
- Feeling disconnected from yourself, like you don't know who you really are.
- Anxiety or panic that seems to run the show no matter how hard you try to manage it.
- Depression that feels like a heaviness you carry around no matter where you go.
- Difficulty trusting yourself or making decisions because the inner voices drown each other out.
- Protective behaviors like numbing, overworking, or people-pleasing that helped once but hurt now.
- A longing to feel whole, grounded, and at peace in your own skin.
How We Help?
Maybe you've noticed it too, the part of you that wants to move forward and the part that digs its heels in. The voice that tells you you're not enough and the one that desperately wants to believe otherwise. The protector who shuts everything down so nothing else can hurt. These aren't signs that something is wrong with you. They're signs that a very human system is doing its best.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, evidence-based approach developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz. At its heart, IFS teaches us that the mind is naturally made up of parts, and that every one of those parts, no matter how extreme or unwanted it might seem, developed for a reason. In IFS, there are no bad parts. Just parts that are carrying burdens they were never meant to carry forever.
At Unbroken Abundance, our IFS-trained therapists will help you get curious about what's happening inside instead of fighting it. Together, we'll gently explore the parts of you that protect, the parts that carry old pain, and the part of you, your core Self, that is wise, calm, and capable of leading your own healing.
Think of it this way: you've spent years managing the noise. Trying to shut the critic up, push the fear down, keep the sadness at bay. IFS invites you to do something radically different, to turn toward those parts with genuine curiosity, to understand what they need, and to help them step into lighter roles.
You don't have to figure it all out at once. In our sessions, we move at your pace. We'll listen to the parts that need to be heard, care for the ones that are hurting, and help your system find a new kind of balance, one where you're in the driver's seat, not just along for the ride.
What is IFS?
IFS works beautifully alongside EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, and it's especially powerful for people who have tried other therapies but still feel stuck. If part of you already knows there's something deeper that needs attention, that's the part we want to meet.
The model was developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz and is now considered one of the most effective and compassionate approaches to healing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational patterns. It's been used with individuals, couples, and in organizational settings worldwide.
At its core, IFS believes that you are not broken. You are a whole person with parts that took on extreme roles to protect you, and those parts can be helped, understood, and liberated from the burdens they've been carrying.
