We Accept

Pride Month 2026: We See You. We Stand With You. We Are Not Going Anywhere.
June is Pride Month and we want to take a minute to speak directly to our LGBTQIA+ clients, friends, family, and community. This has been a difficult year. The political climate has shifted in ways that have led many of you to be and feel less safe, less seen and less certain about your place in this country. We want you to know that we see what is happening and we are not staying quiet about it. The transgender community, in particular, has been carrying the heaviest weight of this moment. Federal policy changes around gender-affirming care, identification documents and access to public spaces have created harm and fear. Public rhetoric from the highest offices in the country has made daily life harder, scarier, and more isolating for trans people and the people who love them. We see this and we will not pretend it isn’t happening. To our LGBTQIA+ clients and community: the weight you are carrying is real. The exhaustion is real. The hypervigilance is not a symptom you need to correct; it is your nervous system responding accurately to a world that has grown less safe so your fear is not irrational. We will not minimize what you are experiencing.
Here is where we stand:Unbroken Abundance is firmly opposed to policies, laws, and public messaging that erase, criminalize, or pathologize LGBTQIA+ people. We stand with the transgender community with particular intention in this moment, because that is where the harm is most concentrated. Our office in Georgetown and our virtual space across Texas is and will remain a safe space. Always. Forever. Your pronouns will be used correctly here. Your name will be honored here. Your identity is not up for debate in our rooms, on our forms, or in our records. Every clinician on our team is affirming. We are not going anywhere. Not when it gets harder. Not when the climate worsens. We were here before this and we will be here after. You are not alone, you are not too much, you are not the problem. Come as you are. We gotchu. — The Unbroken Abundance Team
“We get what it means to hurt, and what it actually takes to heal.” - Unbroken Abundance Team
We’re locally rooted in Georgetown, TX and built on what actually matters: showing up as real humans who want to help others. Our team brings professional training and personal battle scars we’ve lived through - our own losses, plot twists, and hard moments.
Therapy here isn’t about checking boxes or quick fixes. It’s space to exhale, feel seen and heard, and dig into what’s really going on. Wherever you’re standing right now, we’ll start there.
Real Stories. Real Healing.
“You are the best therapist I have ever met. I feel like I have grown a lot since working with you and I really thank you for it.”
“I've been seeing Roxie for almost a year now... My heart is full and I'm becoming the truest and best version of myself—-day by day.”
“So grateful I found Kitty and her practice. Her level of attention to detail and overall professionalism as a counselor helped where previously, others couldn't! Highly recommend her and Unbroken Abundance to anyone even considering seeing a therapist.”
Our Specialties
EMDR
If you're feeling stuck, dealing with trauma or anxiety, EMDR could be the key to breaking free. Our therapists are all trained in EMDR, and we combine it with other approaches to create a personalized powerhouse of healing. Curious to learn more? Let's chat and see if EMDR is right for you!
Anxiety
When anxiety kicks in, even the little things can feel like too much. Your mind won't slow down, your body stays tense, and it's like you're always bracing for something. With the right support, you can catch your breath, find your footing, and start to feel like yourself again.
Depression
Depression can feel like a slow fade. Energy disappears, joy feels far away, and everything starts to feel heavy. Even the basics—getting out of bed, reaching out—can feel impossible. But with the right support, you can rediscover your spark and begin moving toward the life you want.
PTSD & Trauma
PTSD can make it feel like the trauma is still with you—intrusive thoughts and flashbacks make it hard to escape, while constant tension leaves you feeling on edge. You might find yourself avoiding people or places to keep the memories at bay. But healing is possible. Together, we'll help you regain control, find peace, and move forward.
LGBTQIA+
Navigating LGBTQIA+ issues can leave you feeling unseen and isolated, weighed down by the pressure to fit in. It's easy to feel disconnected, but you don't have to face it alone. We'll create a space where you're celebrated and help you embrace your authentic self with confidence and pride.
IFS (Internal Family Systems)
Every part of you developed for a reason, even the ones you wish you could get rid of. IFS therapy helps you stop fighting yourself and start leading from a place of calm, curiosity, and compassion. Real healing starts from the inside out.

From those who have been there. What does that mean?
We understand how disconnected things can feel—whether it’s constant conflict or silence in your relationships or the weight of overwhelming anxiety and depression making every day a struggle. The anxiousness keeps you on edge, waiting for the next crisis while the depression can leave you feeling numb, drained, or like you’re on the outside looking in. You might feel like you don’t quite fit in or are being judged for who you are, whether it’s because of your health, neurotype, or lifestyle. It’s exhausting, and the weight of it all can leave you feeling like life’s slipping away.
But we’ve been there too, and you don’t have to face this alone. We’re here to help you, your partner, or your child work through these challenges. Whether it’s finding balance in your own life, rebuilding communication and trust in your relationships, or helping your child manage big emotions, we’ll walk alongside you with empathy and support. We’ll laugh, we’ll swear, we’ll cry and find belonging.
Together we’ll create a space where you can be fully accepted for who you are, and where you’ll find ways to reconnect, regain confidence, and reclaim the life you deserve.
